Katy Perry and Travis McCoy ended 2008 with a break up.

The “I Kissed a Girl” singer and McCoy–the lead singer of Gym Class Heroes–called it quits on New Year’s Eve, Travis announced on his blog with a song about the split.

The song starts: “We fight every night, now that’s not kosher/ I reminisce with bliss of when we was closer/ And wake up to be greeted by an argument again.”

The song goes on with this swipe against Perry: “You act like you’re ten/ So immature, I try to concentrate on a cure.”

Perry and McCoy dated for over two years.

Katy Perry is shooting down rumors she’s ready to walk down the aisle with her Gym Class Heroes beau Travis McCoy.

The singer posted the following quick-and-clear message on her official blog Wednesday:

“NOT engaged! But thanks for the free press New York Daily News! You should fact check with the source before you spread world wide news like that.”

Perry signed off with “Merry Christmas!”

Katy Perry is apologizing to Lily Allen after calling herself as “skinnier version” of the British singer.

“Yeah, I made a joke about [that] earlier this year,” Perry, 24, admitted to Usmagazine.com on Tuesday.

“I was just kind of joking and trying to be funny. I didn’t mean anything by it. Comedians are not necessarily to be taken super seriously.”

Allen, 23, lashed out at Perry on Monday over the earlier, snarky comments.

“I happen to know for a fact that she was an American version of me. She was signed by my label in America as, ‘We need to find something controversial and kooky like Lily Allen,’ Allen told UK radio station Capital FM.

“And then they found her… I think the lyrics and stuff are a bit crass… When I met her I was bit frosty with her because someone asked her to describe herself. She’s like, ‘Aha, I’m like a fatter version of Amy Winehouse and a skinner version of Lily Allen!’ It’s like, you’re not English and you don’t write your own songs, shut up!”

With their dark hair, doll eyes and cupid-bow pouts, singer Katy Perry and actress-singer Zooey Deschanel could pass for twins.

Katy Perry made sure to let us know that she kissed a girl—and now the singer is making sure her fans know something else: She’s all natural.

Rumors circulated recently that Perry had breast enhancements, but the 24-year-old says that isn’t so.

“How could people think these are fake? Look at ‘em. Ask them! They are as real as real can be,” she tells U.K.’s The Sun.

And while Katy adds she is “one hundred per cent genuine and untouched,” she says she won’t knock plastic surgery just yet.

“I am not against people who get things done,” said Perry. “A tuck or a lift never hurt anyone.”

“In 50 years time I may look like a Siamese cat in a wind tunnel but as of this moment I haven’t and the rack is real.”

Scarlett Johansson is happy to be the inspiration for Katy Perry’s hit single, “I Kissed A Girl.”

But the newlywed–who got hitched to fellow actor Ryan Reynolds in September—doesn’t want to give anyone the wrong idea.

“My lips are kind of taken,” Johansson, 24, tells December’s Allure.

Adds the actress: “I had no idea [about the song]. I should get a cut!”

Johansson is not so open when it comes to her marriage to Reynolds, 32.

“Nobody knows.,” she insists. “It’s private. It’s our story.”

While she won’t divulge details about her love life, Johansson says she’s happy to be married.

“I always wanted to get married and have kids,” she says. “I just never had any preconceived idea about what that would be like … My life seems to be happening naturally.”
